We have worked closely with boutique architect, Cera Stribley Architects, to meet our clients brief to create ‘sophisticated coastal living’. This property is a luxurious retreat that reflects a magical merging of inspiration and architecture. A creative and striking façade of timber incorporating a driveway of compacted sand immediately alludes to the “beach at your doorstep” and gets the imagination wondering. A dazzling interplay of space, transparency and light, this captivating beach residence defines a ‘stress free’ lifestyle through extensive use of glass and emerging the indoors with the outdoors. With a stunning master retreat overlooking the in-ground pool, this home will be the ultimate holiday destination. Construction to commence in 2017.
